- Secret Santa is open to Manchester and Salford residents.
- All Secret Santa participants of Bustle Limited aged 18 or over on the date of entry, except for employees of Bustle Limited, participating/associated companies and promotional agencies, contributors to Bustle Limited and the families of any of the above.
- The closing date is 12th of December (unless otherwise stated). Bustle Limited is not responsible for lost, late or damaged mail.
- Participants (gift givers and receivers) will be chosen at random and will be notified who they are buying for. If the recipient cannot be contacted within 5 days, an alternative person may be chosen.
- In no event shall Bustle Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages or what is deemed inappropriate or offensive gifts.
- Participants entering agree to be bound by above rules and regulations.
